A: Our working hours are Monday-Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, GMT+08:00). We observe public holidays during May 1-3, Oct 1-7, and the Chinese New Year holiday. Please feel free to email us during holidays, and we will respond as soon as possible.
