1. What is your working time?
We are available from Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, GMT+08:00). Our office is closed during Chinese public holidays (May 1-3, October 1-7, and Chinese New Year). Please email us during holidays if you have urgent queries.
2. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for testing. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
3. What are your payment terms?

4. What is the lead time for samples?
Usually, the sample lead time is 7 days after payment confirmation.
