1. What is your working time and contact information?
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, GMT+08:00). We are closed during public holidays, including May 1st-3rd, October 1st-7th, and Chinese New Year. Please feel free to email us during holidays, and we will respond promptly.
2. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for testing purposes. However, the buyer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the samples.
3. What are your payment terms?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal.
4. What is the lead time for orders?
The usual lead time for samples is around 7 days after payment has been confirmed. Lead times for bulk orders may vary based on specifications and order size.
