Nitinol Wire, a nickel-titanium alloy wire, is renowned for its exceptional shape memory effect and superelasticity. It primarily consists of nickel (approx. 55%) and titanium, offering remarkable capabilities to return to a pre-defined shape upon heating.As a leading material in minimally invasive surgery and medical implants, our Medical-Grade Nitinol Wire offers unparalleled superelasticity and shape memory effect, essential for navigating complex human anatomy.

Grade: NiTi (Superelastic & Shape Memory grades)

Purity: > 99.7% Nickel-Titanium composition

Density: 6.45 g/cm³

Size: Diameter 0.1mm - 10mm, customizable lengths (straight or coil)

Processing Technique: Cold rolled, hot rolled, or drawn

Surface: Polished, black, or oxidized

Condition: Vacuum annealed for optimal performance

Melting Point: 1310°C

Transition Temperature: -20°C to 80°C (customizable per application)
